For your personal line
Voicemail that works for you.
It picks up when you can't or don't want to, has a real conversation with the caller, summarizes what they wanted, and rings you back only when it actually matters. You decide what counts.

how it works
The call comes in. Your AI voicemail handles it from there.
Once forwarding is on, every call you don't pick up becomes a real conversation, summarized and waiting in your inbox.
01
Your AI voicemail picks up. Has a real conversation.
A natural-sounding voice (yours to choose, male or female). No robotic prompts, no 'press one for...'. The AI greets the caller in your name, asks why they're calling, gets a callback number, and clarifies anything urgent. It writes everything down for you.

You decide what's worth your time.
Every call gets a written summary, the full transcript, and the audio recording delivered to your inbox. Emergencies trigger an automatic callback so you don't miss what matters. Suspected spam gets filtered with a risk score. Premium plans add an SMS for every call too. Everything else, you read on your own schedule.
Wants a kitchen reno quote next Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
Caller asked for a different name. Hung up. No callback needed.
what arrives
The summary, in your inbox.
An example of what shows up after a call ends. Daniel, Sarah, and the details are fictional, but this is what a real summary looks like. Real ones arrive within seconds of the call ending.

a note on fit
Fair usage applies to every plan and trial. Standard and Premium are sized for one person on one personal phone. Solopreneur extends to a real solo operator's own active business line with calendar booking. It is not for shared lines, pooled numbers, call centers, dispatch desks, or answering-service traffic. For multi-person teams or anything more bespoke, TONNIC AI Agency builds custom voice agents that fit business workflows properly. We'd rather get you to the right tool than have you risk a cancelled account on the wrong one.
frequently asked
The questions most people ask.
How does this actually work?
It uses conditional call forwarding, the same feature your phone already has. Your phone rings normally for every call. Only the calls you don't pick up get sent to your AI voicemail. You enter one or more forwarding codes on your dial pad once, and that's it.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard handles every call, sends you email summaries with full transcript and audio, does emergency callbacks, and includes scam detection. Premium adds SMS for every call (not just emergencies), removes the "Powered by Voicemail.work" line from the greeting, and gets you priority support.
What does it cost?
Standard is $7.99/mo and Premium is $9.99/mo. Start free — no card required for the personal plans.
What about emergencies?
If the AI detects emergency language ('emergency', 'hospital', '911', etc.), it ends the call and rings you back immediately. If you don't pick up the callback, you get an SMS alert. The full transcript is in your inbox seconds later either way.
Do you store my calls?
Your message is delivered to you by email and text — we don't archive it to your account afterward. When you sign in there's no message history to browse, and our staff have no console that surfaces what was said. The only per-call data we keep is anonymized, non-content metadata: a scam-risk score and four flags about how the call ended (emergency detected, voicemail left, call transferred, callback offered). The recording and transcript live briefly with the providers that generate and deliver them — the recording auto-deletes within 30 days — and are never used to train AI or sold. See our Privacy Policy for exact retention windows.
